Rochester BathroomRemodeling Cost
The cost of a bathroom remodel (as you probably figured) can vary significantly depending on factors such as the size of the bathroom, the quality of materials, and the extent of the renovations. On average, homeowners can expect to spend between $10,000 and $25,000, with high-end remodels exceeding $50,000 for luxury finishes and custom features. A small bathroom remodel typically costs $10,000 to $15,000, while a mid-range renovation falls between $15,000 and $25,000.
Costs can be influenced by elements like plumbing work, tile installation, cabinetry, fixtures, and labor fees. To save money, homeowners may opt for refinishing existing fixtures instead of replacing them or choosing cost-effective materials. However, hiring a professional bathroom remodeling contractor ensures the project is done correctly, preventing costly mistakes in the long run.
