    Scrape, Sand, and Acid Wash:

    All soap scum, residue, and adhesives need to be removed from the surface.

    Remove Equipment:

    Pre-existing shower doors, towel racks, faucets, drains, and other bathtub equipment are removed to prevent damage.

    Tape-Off Surface:

    Once the surface is prepped, the surrounding area is masked off to prevent any overspray or splattering to nearby areas.

    Install Ventilation System:

    A ventilation system is installed in the room to remove any odor during the coating process.

    Alcohol Wash Tub:

    An alcohol wash removes dust and particles which may have come into contact with the surface.

    Priming the Tub:

    Once prep work is complete, an epoxy primer is applied to help the coating bond to the existing surface.

    Coating:

    We apply a topcoat containing 3-layers of acrylic urethane, leaving your surface with a bright, high-gloss finish.
