I had a crack in my tub that I tried to fix myself, but I ended up with a discolored, blobby mess. Thankfully, Ashley was absolutely incredible! She not only smoothed out my botched patch job but also reinforced the base of the tub and restored it to its original glory. She truly went above and beyond, even coming back to my house later the same day to finish up the job and make sure everything was perfect. The young man that came to our home today was expert, conscientious and respectful. The work was performed superb and I would recommend him and this service without reservation. Note that this was a follow up appointment since we werent able to have the area around the drain finished on the first visit by Bathtub Made New - and so its been about 2 or 3 years since the first finishing was performed. That portion of the finishing was terrific - metal razors have been dropped on the tub (after the finishing) and not a scratch. I wish we would have had it done years ago when we moved in but my husband is a DIYer and thought we could save $ by doing it on our own - and of course, even though we bought the "professional" kits and followed instructions, he would inevitably have to redo it. What a waste of time - if you have an old bathtub, it will look spectacular after this service.
